I play on FB my country is Republic of Mercola. I also have conquered two other countries next to me.

I don't seem to be making very much money, and a lot of my corporations are not turning a profit.

Any advice would be helpful

Fix your employment so every corp is at 100% hiring. Don't build new corps unless you have all the other corps fully staffed. I'd close your weapons corps. They'll never make a lot of money.

Raises your education, health and transport indexes to above 100. This'll help raise welfare which will raise your corps profits.

Use your other 2 slave countries to feed your leader country the workers it needs.

Once you get the index's above 100 start buying population if you want to make more money. 11M pop you'll never make a lot.

how do I get to 100% hiring?

As for moving the pop from slave to main country don't i need a certain number to move pop?

Go to employment index. Scroll down and it'll tell you exactly how many workers you need for 100% hiring for each worker type.

Just make sure your corps are set to 100% hiring and they'll hire staff automatically.

On the employment page again you'll see a link that says exchange professionals. Click that, then type the name of the country you want to exchange with. That's how you get the workers you need from a slave.

Okay I assume hiring will gradually increase to 100% as long as I have people to employ?

Some of my corps don't seem to be selling their production? they are showing no income and nothing instock even if they are producing?
