War Index

So I'm trying to level up, but I need a war index of 55 (I have a index of 53) but none of the ingame knowledge says how to raise it.

I have tried buying both defensive and offensive weapons, buying fortifications etc but doesn't help.

And then the pop up when you click on "war index" has some of the most unhelpful information I've ever read.

Click 'War Situation Index' on your Country's main page. Click 'Explain My War Index'. The you can see on the right side which things causes you to have Damage Points, which lower your War Situation Index and on the left side what you have to do to lower the damage points and so increase your Index

Ah I was reading that wrong.

I changed country to peaceful for now anyway, will swap back over after increasing my economy some more.

Also, score raising seems to be a stuff around, have opened 2 new corps, bought a ton of new weapons (2 months spending space worth) and score increased by 20 lol seems low, know of the quickest way to increase score?
