This is possibly a question for Borg Queen or something but is there a way to influence the population contributions towards healthcare and education so that the population pay more and you pay less?

Well I don't quite know how I did it but it appears the population is paying more and I had a massive drop in payments...

Is the running cost linked to fixed costs such as market prices for hospitals and medical equipment etc?

Is corporation tax linked to population payments?

The contribution of the population to both health and education depends on the total income of the population and the type of workers and professionals you have.

Each group pays a percentage of its income for health, in the same way is spends some of the income on food.

The percentage depends on the type of worker or professional.

The more workers you have, and the higher their income, the more they will pay for these services.
They will also spend more on food, cars, gasoline, and other consumption products.
