Trading Loophole?

I may be using the wording a little strongly here and should probably say how to make more profit from your own corps.

I have been selling 100%+ production from most of my corps to my country instead of letting them sell it on the open market/common market.

So I charge 80% on their profits (which I would get on the sale to open market anyway). I have the product which ive paid for and then sell it to the world when its needed. (red lines everywhere!).

I am then making 100% profit on the item sale. So am I just swindling my own corps but making them feel like theyre not overcharged?

Is this used by alot of others?

I have noticed this affects my score positively and my financial index positively and I make trillions from it. Surely this shouldn't be?

Unless something has changed, I don't believe this is profitable. The reason is that corps tend to get paid close to the full value of the quality of the products they sell but when selling from your stock you only get compensated to about 200 quality.

Check your cash log when you buy and sell and that should clarify things.

This is per unit 1072.68 SC$
So this means for the same number of units
2,738,169 x 1072.68 = 2.937B

So I have made 700 million more than if the corp had sold it to the open market and I have a stock to manipulate the best prices earned. In other words I can wait to sell when its red.

Your country paid 1,129/unit, then sold them for 1072.68/unit. Since the county paid 3,091,392,801, then sold the same thing for 2.937B, doesn't that mean that the country lost money? The 852.87M looks like the profit of the corp itself. The 700M looks like the profit transfer the country chooses from the corp's profit.

A corp can't stockpile products for more than a few months while waiting for higher prices. But a country can buy those products and then wait patiently to sell. This isn't a loophole.

Buying low and selling high is basic. But in this case, it seems the country bought high and sold low. At least the corp made a profit.

The local market score increases from the internal trade, and the business index presumably increases from the consistent sales of the corps. I don't believe the trading a country does affects its finance index.

Nothing is changed at all.

I think that sometimes you win and sometimes you will not.

It depends on changing market conditions.

To date we have not seen anything spectacular coming out of this.
