Corporation salerys v government salerys

Hello all my corporation and government salerys are both set to 340 how would you set corp v gov wages. Basically i want to fined a balance so that both gov and corporate sectors get what they need.

Government salaries

Government salaries can now be reduced much further and differ up to a factor of two with salaries outside the government. Such large differences will however have consequences for the movement of workers between government and the industry.

If government salaries are too low, government workers, including soldiers and officers may leave their jobs for higher salaries in the industry or business. Big difference in pay can force the army to move weapons into the reserves, hospitals may remain without staff and schools and universities may be forced to close for lack of teachers.

'

So basically you can reduce the Gov Salaries as much as you want as long as you have enough Population to fill Corps and Gov Facilities.
Depending on your Game Level you might need a certain Gov-Salary Level.

Ok well iv increased the salery target of corporate workers to 350 this is 10 more than gove salerys im hoping that this will fill my corps while keeping my gove facility's up to standard.

If you arent that badly low on workforce lower gov salaries to 200, will save you a hell lot of SC$.

If you are really low on workforce you may consider closing one or more corps. Less fully hiring Corps are better then many not producing at full capacity.

Ok well im low on workers and have reduce corps from 47 when i got this nation to 22 they are hiring better and becoming more profitable i will let them fill up some more before building another corp also government facility's are doing well apart from Army but i don't have to much need for that right now.
