I had a vibrant economy until a week or two ago. What happened? The demand of the items hasn't decreased. The employment was good. All of the sudden everything went to shit. Country is Duchy of Allan on Fearless Blue.

I could recommend a number of things to improve your economy but, for now, the issue you are facing that brought you to the forum is that you are not training enough professionals. Perhaps, by error, you have set educational priorities where they are, which currently adds up to 60, instead of the recommended total of 120. In particular, you have a declining number of High Tech Seniors which is causing all corps to steadily lay off all other worker types as the gap in your needed and available Seniors increases.

To remedy this, set your education priorities in a way that the total adds up to 120. Set them in a way to get those workers you lack as quickly as possible, with particular attention to the high tech professions.

Oh, and I am hanging out in chat right now. I could have, perhaps, helped you quicker there.

You ran out of high-tech seniors, and you need 66k more to have full employment(though really, you're a bit short on other workers, so if you get 30-40k of them they'll stop being the bottleneck). Jack your education priority up for them, and if that's too slow for you, post on the FB forum and ask for a worker trade.
