How can I build a private corp ?

Hello: If the private corp is in your country, click on the private corp that you want to buy,and you can find this message and link: "If you are unsatisfied with its performance, you may nationalize it", click on it and wait until your bid is the higer.

I strongly recommend talk first with the CEO in order to prevent misunderstandings.

Perhaps the misunderstanding here was the difference between build and buy. The question was how do I build a corporation.

You can build a private corp if you are an enterprise.
If you are not an enterprise or don't have one you cannot build a private corp.

I am a new player
So yeah I mean how can I 'Have' a private corporation, sorry!
I started to know about national/private/state corps only now.I do not own any enterprise in the game Psycho Honey, thanks for the info ^^
I only have state controlled corps, and I read bout it that privates are better, So what is the first step to have a private one ?

keep taxes low, and welfare high and enterprises will probably eventually move/build private corps in your countries.
