I have over 2m disable workers in my country. I converted 50 hospitals into special clinics. The number of disable workers seems to increase every game month while each special clinic just rehabilitates only 20% (200 of 1000 can return to work). This is suck for the country to have a stable workforce. Just 1 corp of CEO in my country creates over 50,000 disable workers every game month. Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

I am thinking you are misreading something. Providing your country and world would help with a question like this. You should try to post that info along with your understanding of how many disabled workers you think you have. In short, corporations do not "create" disabled workers.

To treat your disabled workers you can convert Hospitals to Special Clinics.
Each Clinic can treat 1000 disabled workers of which 200 return to work, each game month.

You are able to rehabilitate 40% of the workers in CEO Controlled Corporations.
The maximum number of the disabled that can be rehabilitated is also limited to 50% of all disabled workers.
Special Clinics
Number of Employees in CEO Controlled Corporations 121,162 Employees in Private Corporations
40% of workers in CEO Controlled Corporations 48,465
Number of Disabled Workers 1,488,228 Total number of disabled
50% of the number of Disabled Workers 744,114
--------------------
Number of Disabled Workers that can be rehabilitated 48,465
Number of Rehabilitated currently at work 53,762

Number of Disabled Workers treated in Special Clinics 100,000
Number of Disabled Workers rehabilitated this month 20,000

Available Health Facilities
Number of Hospitals 335 Hospitals
Number of Special Clinics 50 Number of Hospitals for the Disabled

The infor is here, Aries.

The information is there hoahuongduong5.

You've already maxed out your rehabilitation programs. You need more CEO owned corps if you wish to do more. Cut your special clinics to 5 maybe less.

if you want back to work schools and special clinics it is

it's a trade off .. in my countries that's all I have is ceo corps other than one state corp right now I one day hope to IPO.

The only disadvantage to having ceo corps is they can get mad at you and leave and if there are enough of them they'll gut your economy.

keep your taxes below 40 and don't sell or transfer out population and they have to pay a penalty per corp moved to do it though.
