War levels

Am I able to stay at war lvl 2 or does the game forces players to lvl up?,if the latter is correct I'm not sure what to think .

If you win 3 wars vs C3 lvl 1 you go up I think.

not anymore. 1 war 1 level game changed again.

Being a new player ,all I can say is that's not being at all helpful.how do we experiment with war engine ect.am I missing something ? I don't mean to be a whining newbie

I am unsure what you mean here, but the game levels you up each war level per war, so if you fight a level 3 c3 you will be a level 4 when you win. You never stated anything initially with "experiment with war engine", so thats were i believe to note: am i missing something?

Anyways the game is changing at times and until theres a good war medium for the engine things will be changing.

Though if you have questions about war read documents, the simple "Aries war guide" though i should make one since at this point it is out of date.

As a new player you need to build the economy and get the money to build an army.

The wars against countries without a president are used to build an empire and learn about the war process.

The real wars will be against another player but you really need to build a serious army before you get into it.

No need to keep commenting on this subject as I've decided to kick my PvP habit to become a care bear and go the peaceful route thanks for replys anyway .....cheers
