Quality of purchases

why if i set quality at 200 my corporations buy supplies at a lower quality?

They try to get as close to 200 as possible. It doesn't always happen but it should be close. Also, if you have existing supplies at lower quality, it will take time to deplete those before new supplies replace them. If you tell me which corporations I can have a look for you.

I checked your corps on your country in Little Upsilon I see what you are saying. You have to remember though, when you set supply quality to 200 it means the average of all the corporation supplies should be 200. If you look at your inventory of supplies, some of them are below 200 and some are above 200. The average is 200 for them. With your maxed out upgrades, having 200 supply quality should get you around 240-250 production quality, and all of your corps are producing that. So it seems to be working fine.
