What is your take on optimal salary targets for government workers, and for state corporations?

For my country 300 in salaries for government employees and state corporations workers, works fine on my economy.

I've got governent at 275 and state corps vary on profit IF making money increase it as it increases overall wellfare and thus score and production as a whole
