Old school question

Hello all,

A long long time ago there were players with a gift. A gift of identification. In the old days it was possible to link a forum name to a country. I have seen it done multiple times in the past.

Is that still possible in this new and dangerous world and if it is could you educate me in this process?

I never saw this.
we did not change anything in the forum for a long timme.
