so i conquered a country, 15 mil pop now

and death rate >> birth rate for many months in a row now

healt index is 130+ or so

do secondary countries have negative birth rate no matter what?

p.s. now i see health index 102 , 80 hospitals - 130 needed for good quality. i tought 102 is ok :D

You have a low health index and a lot of wounded people from the war. If left untreated they will die increasing your death rate.

The country was a C3 country before, with very low birth rates.

check it again now.
You will see the number of births increasing very quickly, and within several days, the population will start growing fast.
Countries that are owned by a president and have low population, will see their population grow very fast.

after around 7 days of repairing it now its like any normal country

7 days is only 3.5 years.

this means that growth will increase much more in a month! or so, when these larger numbers of children born now, will start getting their own children.
