War level on FB

who can attack a war level 0 country on FB? only other war level 0 player countries?

No one. No PVP below war level 3. Andy suggested they possibility of making everyone on FB war level 3 after 60 days of starting. That will change everything on that world.

if its decided on that they should give a few months notice ahead on top of the 60 days counter when (if) its implemented

also, if thats implemented probably war against players should increase war level so if you attack some newcomers at level 3 you get to higher level and be opened for some spanking

we will decide on this next week but no war level increase will take place when you win a PvP war.

This could easily be manipulated and will introduce fake wars.

When you fight against a C3 country, we know you had to fight for it.

I agree, it would be very hard to determine when this actual fight or where is the fake.

Yah war level should be only from beating c3s
