where do i learn about how to grow the country at fast pace?

Here are a few basic tips.

Step 0:
- chill and relax, without paying gc's you will not grow fast. You'll grow steadily and it will increase with time but there is no short cut in this game

Step 1:
- get an education of 200-210

This is the start for every country. Don't bother getting anything lower unless you really know what you are doing.

Step 2:
- get corporations. When you are starting only get corporations that you can staff for a full 100%

Step 3:
- Get your health index up to 130-135

Step 4:
- have a laugh and enjoy the game
