Noob Question

Im a free member, and I just tried attacking c3 Countries. I am currently at war level 3, and i found out that i need a premium account to move level 4. Is there no way for me to attack another c3, so i can have another country to play with. i just released the last country i conquered

Currently the limitation is there.

We have published on the forum, that we will remove this limitation and allow free members fight more wars and move up the war levels.

we have already reduced the purchase price of a country from 300 to 30 gold coins as part of the relaxation of empire limitations for free members.

Hey, how can I make peace with a pays who I have declare war

If I remember correctly it takes about a day of no attacks by you for a C3 war to end. The C3 will not attack you.
