Awards , how to refuse them

So i got a bunch of 1st places, i see for those the GC's were added automatically, it makes sense, who would refuse a 1st place award

But i also have a bunch of not 1st place awards. For these i didnt receive any GC's. But on the score it reflects a -6000 points for accepting awards. I didn't accepted anything for those.

Were you can turn down this awards? i can't find a place, theres no message about it either

Open up the country or ceo that received the award. You can refuse from there. First place is auto accepted and adds -2000 score so that is probably where it came from.

i found one where i could refuse

however there are 2 countries (on 2 ompletely different worlds to the ones where i got 1st place or where i was able to refuse) that didnt receive any GC and there is no message about accepting/refusing awards and they have

Score Penalty Accepted Awards -6,000.00 points

did award penalty spread from one world to all other?

It is all worlds combined. Check your Gold Coin log and you should see the awards.
