Map

If I move fleets off the map left will they appear on the right or is it a flat earth?

I have tried and ships cannot cross off of the map. However, missiles can. So the earth is round for firing weapons, but not for movement. Strange world

When i went to map control my map is quite laggy and can't do anything like changing location of something etc what to to?
