Military supply

I have all the resources, a bunch of supply units and several units needing supply. Yet it seems supply units are just standing around doing nothing. Any suggestion how I can improve that?

Trucks? gasoline?
all the ammo types needed?

Yes for everything. In most countries it actually started after a few days. The Republic of Arba on WG I am waiting for weeks for supply troops to dismantle the garisons.
