Is there a way to prevent state corps from closing as soon as hiring drops below 100%? |

I wonder if you have the box checked "Increase Employment and move Workers to other Professions" in Country Automation. I've never had this problem so I don't know if that would close corps so more profitable ones could be at full employment, or not. But it might be worth looking into. |

No I can't use that automation it's level 3 and below only. I have "Economic support - Easy mode" switched on. Could it be that? |

I turned off all automation besides automatic reactivation of the military and buying ammunition. |
