Destroying weapons (I need help)

I want to get rid of weapons and ammo. But I have a problem.
I cant destroy or sell airports and bases.
Should I leave them or destroy them in some way? If I should get rid of them, then how?

You have to have at least 1 of the Offensive/Defensive/Strategic bases.

Destroying weapons and ammo is not the best thing to do.
Better options are to sell them, or put them into storage via Deactivation.

Another solution is to increase the size of your economy so they are no longer as much of a burden to you.

Sell your weapons, keep the ammo if you can. destroy all your forts, Game makes you keep one base of each type destroy the rest. You can do this by pressing.

1)army
2)def forces / off forces
3)destroy arms
4)enter amount in destroy block
5)press I am sure,Destroy now.
6)Keep your head down and stay out of trouble. Good luck
