HOSPITALS AND STUFF

Hi. If i order, for example 100 hospitals but after few months I have lack of nurses and amount of hospitals is reduced, so what happen with hospitals? They are dostroyed or sold?

If government buildings have a shortage of critical staff, the buildings are destroyed and will have to be rebuilt once the staffing shortage is addressed.

For hospitals, critical staff are doctors and nurses.
For schools, critical staff are teachers.
For universities, critical staff are professors.

One way to prevent critical staff shortages is to raise government salaries to be slightly higher than your business salaries, 215 vs 200 for example.
