I've had 341,150 Low Level Workers and 137,100 Medium Level Managers reserved for new Facilities. It's been roughly these numbers for several IRL days.
I can't figure out what facilities these people are reserved for. I have no corporations, schools, or hospitals queued for construction. Is there some other facility that these workers are queued for? |

Weapons.
You have weapons orders pending.
Low level workers will be employed as soldiers and medium level managers will be officers. |

There might be also another reason for these numbers.
if you order facilities, like schools or hospitals and you cancel orders, pending workers numbers could remain high.
if anyone has this problem, please let us know. |

Any way to completely gut the war department? i sold off almost all, turned off every setting i could but im still paying for soldiers. many thanks |
