Dismantling my units

why does it dismantle my military units I just created and sell off the equipment? the paper said it was because I needed anti aircraft missles for training. max for unit was 2400 and I only had 7500 missiles

If you don't keep them supplied they will dismantle. Not sure what your question is.

I was trying to build some military units. built it, supplied it and the game dismantled it. it said there were not enough supplies for it. it was fully stocked when I made it, there was enough missiles to resupply it. but it still dismantled it.

Did you have supply units to carry the supplies for restocking those units? When it's time to resupply a unit if the required materials are not available the unit will dismantle usually at the start of the next game month.

built the unit fully stocked with ammo. had more than enough in reserve. had a supply unit to supply it. but it was dismantled the month after I created it. had to spend a few days reordered the weapons. then set it up the same way i did last time. and I still have the new unit

Well, just because you (or the game) dismantled the unit the weapons should still have been in your country (minus whatever ammo was consumed during the month).
