Anyways Roswell has reached lvl 3 even under stalins,and his many pets embargos.So as you can see he is not intimadating as you think,just consider him a cat that got wet as I do.A small,minor problem.
I know thats one big crap pile to have to walk around,but hey it's better than steppin in it,lol!

If thats truly the case you would have no need for building your own fed. You would either join one or remain a peaceful independent. Not to mention if its because you want to grow your country you can also join a strong commonmarket. thats how you build friendships and a country.
