I promise that I WILL do what I can to bring about a peaceful resolution to the Issue.
All that I request is that any issue resolvance be reasonal and responsible to all partys involved.

Valde,SNA,and LDI grows by word of mouth and they really don't need to be near the top but it's there desicion to bump it up if they want to.

2nd) NLUO will be Allowed to Post on one Thread ,the Thread will contain NLUO pertianant information.

3rd) NLUO will only post to bump the thread IF it falls below post Number 10

4th)NLUO will only have ONE thread at a time.
only if there is IMPORTANT information concerning the NLUO will there be an addional post and only the chairman may post it.

5th)NLUO will not post it's election results on the forum this is not pertainent information. that can be gathered from the web site.
