Pointy hats help with the likes of Johanas around, you need to keep your rear guarded against sneak attack ;-) The selection critea however is 'new to the game' this is for the training wing and not the main fed afterall. Should you wish to reapply once nix has destroyed your empire. The 3Ms training wing will be happy to help you rebuild.

It may appear random but there is a science behind it. On oneside there is the 3Ms, on the other there is FBC and co. Game really needs some new sides to choose from. Then we can truely have random wars rather than the same old routine.
