Aggressive active FED (Fearless Blue)

I'm looking for teamwork, co-operation and some warring (level permitting) fun.

My perfect FED would be...

Teamwork; planning, organising and exeicuting Military and Economic operations as a team for the team.

co-operation; planned well-timed efficiant military deployment and operations

some warring; using military influence to project the FED's power base, use as barginning tool, show of force in an intelligent way to further economic or military goals or limited response warnings to disagreeable nations.

Is anything out there (FB) like this?
