Warsaw Pact of LU (Little Upsilon)

This new federation seeks to unite all communist countries under one flag. This is your home, Comrades. All communist countries are welcome.

Rules:
60% Defensive resources shared during war
War. The voting period is 7 months. A majority of 51% is required.
Evicting countries. The voting period is 6 months. A majority of 51% is required.
New chairman. The voting period is 3 months. A majority of 99% is required.
New Rules. The voting period is 3 months. A majority of 99% is required.

FYI: 100% Shared defenses is the only way to do it. No sense sharing less since it basically makes the total defense easier to pick off. I don't have actual numbers, but the general idea is that you need as much defense as possible responding AT ONCE to ensure the best defense ratios, meaning say Bombers killed versus Interceptors lost. Sharing 60% just decreases the number of Interceptors or Helicopters that respond AT ONCE, but allies will still be able to lose their entire Air Defense at worse-than-if-you-just-did-100%-shared-defense ratios.

I think you need to advertise your federation more widely on the little upsilson forum it will be much more effective as the vast majority of people go straight to the little upsilson page. Just a thought though.

The Soviet Federation is a similar federation on Kebir Blue; maybe once the space wars have been implemented our federations could become allies.

Maybe. I am in the middle of building my empire and conquering C3's. I need 1 country for each republic of the Soviet Union.

1 country for each republic of the soviet union is going to take a long time to build up. I presume you're going to include all the former countries in eastern europe too? I dread to think how many countries you'll have in the end

No. Only the Soviet republics, not countries like East Germany or Yugoslavia.

Oh ok then. Well I suppose they were the Iron Curtain countries not the soviet republics. Well if you ever ran out of names when expanding your empire you can use them then.

I won't run out of names. There were 15 republics of the Soviet Union, and I plan to control 15 and only 15. No more, no less.

Well im only planning to control 13 countries myself and if you take over more of them, maybe you can sell those countries for gold coins instead, do you know what I mean?
