Theres so many different soviet federations that I can't tell from one to another, why don't you just join existing ones? it would make a lot more sense if you did.

Tom is correct. We are only one federation. I think that Ringo started a new thread because the last one got rather out of control (devolved into a discussion about ideology and other random nonsense). So if we can check that this time around and focus on recruitment without the intervention of others....... thanks.....
