The Confederacy of Imperium States is looking for a few good presidents to help us become what we once were. This time, our main forces will be located on GR instead of LU - however, if you lead a large empire on LU, then feel free to drop me a mail and we can discuss CIS being formed there too.

This is our old site from back in 2008 when we were one of the largest federations in the game. We were able to strong arm our way into multi world politics and hold our own against many long established feds such as LDI and VS.

I've just had a look at your website Stuart and I think the presentation and the layout is absolutely great, a really well organiized layout, I was just wondering if I could join you in your great cause, and how the way you described your letter as journey to new and mysterious lands sounds like a crusade.

Please have a look at my country 'The Kingdom of Northumbria' and my 3 other surrounding countries to see if I qualify for your federation.

Also i'll tell you more about myself by a sending a message to my main country personally.

For James' sake Stuart I think it would be prudent to sign a Non-Aggression Pact upon his acceptance into your federation.

Now I'm not sure but Stuart are you restarting CIS to make up for past failures as a fed leader or is this some kind of way to regain your (self)respect?

I mean after all it was you who was the federation leader as I took over 2 empires of your top officers in two separate branches and carpet bombed others while you sat away as if on Vacation and couldn't muster the courage to come to your fed's aid(although waaaay too late), until you had the back-up of 3 or 4 or more people outside of your fed.

So is this some guilt trip because of your dismal performances as a past federation leader or some guilt for letting the friends you had on the other hand raid all the members you left behind so as to relinquish your duty as fed chairman to lead them into war if not protect them as you promised?
