The federation feature is similar to an alliance and coming from many nation simulation games this is what is to be expected. |

It is an instant messaging system, search up Chatzy on your browser and you will find it. When a meeting is being held a member of the Federation will form a chatzy and will send the federation a link that we will follow to join the meeting. |
