What on FB is your business? Where is your country there?
If you dont know why SFO would get Bad Friday killed, it is only because of your lack of knowledge about what is actually happening on the ground. |

My country is on FB and I am a member of SFO Allied Forces
I am Also a member of the SFO Academy were I give and still receive some very good game advice.
NOW Accept for a few aggressive unapproachable noobs I have never started a war other than to protect a Fed member who has been attacked. I have also NEVER lost a war with my Fed nor have I lost a Fed member to war.
BUT the point of our Federation is to help Train, Grow And Protect new game players to be upstanding members of our Community.
Again on FB We will protect our members but SFO is not a warlike or world domination type Fed.
Now there will always be haters, As I see it most of the haters we have are people who have lost battles to us.
And there will be People just in it to start wars, Impose there will on others and seek world domination and if this describes you than NO do not join SFO.
But if you wish to join a Federation who will Support, Teach And Grow Members of our community, And a Fed that is willing to fight for the rights of its members then YES you should consider SFO.

Considering no one has started anything with you in this thread, Danneh, I'd expect the same sort of treatment in return. I find it ironic that you lecture Treasurer on his pleasantness, when you come into this thread badmouthing SFO. Keep your ill-informed and immature remarks to yourself.
If you have anything further to say on this matter, you can take it up with me. But your "I know best" attitude is extremely lame. |

I'm not bad mouthing SFO, merely stating that the strengths of SFO are economic rather than military - as lasher points out, SFOAF does not intend to be a warlike fed.
That in itself brings me on to a very interesting point. We (the community at large) were informed that SFO and AF were banding together on Fearless Blue, but it is becoming clear that this union is fraught with tension. No SFO people seem even to remember that they're joined with AF, whereas the people who have a more AF background at least respect the agreement. I have a hunch however that the arrangement does not sit easily with them though. The gulf in philosophy, style and class is exemplified in this very thread.
It is also becoming clear that the SFO leaders don't really know what has been occuring on Fearless Blue, largely because they are absent from it.
Interested readers of this thread who were not observing recent FB events will no doubt be interested to know that an SFO initiated attack (using 20 countries) against my 7 mil pop c3-like country cost them 1 country and over 100 mil pop.
So, the blanket statement "SFO will train you" is completely unqualified. Training players to rush headlong into battle with no thought or preparation is no training at all. My assertion remains as stated above, that SFO will get you killed. |

Hi. I lead SFO. I am completely aware of what happened on FB while I was on my sabbatical, and obviously, seeing as I was not present in this game for the events that transpired, there did happen to be a lack of intervention on my part - what a surprise, right? I will request that you keep your "I know best" remarks to the present, and not attempt to lasso me into your self-aggrandizing masturbatory session.
Considering you're a rather average player who has been around here for a rather insignificant amount of time, it's entertaining that you have such an enormous ego. And no, being in the hall of fame and playing for a a whole ten months on Fearless Blue hardly qualifies as any significant contribution to this game, considering the laundry list of players who have accomplished such "feats" without ever achieving the respect of this community. That you're spewing out your arrogant drivel is proof enough that you're trying hard to get yourself noticed.
I asked you to take this up with me, and you decided to continue to spout your mouth on these forums. I do suggest that in the future, you get off of yourself and try to show some level of maturity. If you have a beef with SFO, act like an adult and approach me personally about it. I do not wish to see you continuing to slander my federation with baseless claims born out of your own ignorance.

Ameche makes a useful point here. Normally I wouldn't bother myself to detract from federation adverts, but SFO have a grand history of disinformation on FB that it is reasonable that someone highlights that the shiny shiny face of the SFO propaganda machine is attached to a dull and corroded core.
Hi Veritas, I know who you are. Your boys are feeding you a santised version of events my friend. I have no need to take things off-forum with you, the fact that you are pushing for this suggests that you have something to hide and you don't want the community to understand that SFO are all front.
Interesting that SFO still thinks I have been here for 10 months, when in fact I returned in February, so it's only been 5. Whoever you think I am is clearly way off base.
Thanks for labelling me "rather average" - not a label I would diasgree with but highly embarassing for SFO that their boys had the seat of their pants handed to them on a plate by a "rather average" player that they declared war on. |
