Monday, June 30, 2008 - 07:21 am  I am opening the Duality Collective to new members. Before now, it was simply my empire federation. If you are an interested party on Paova Major or Lynx Minor please contact me at Sun Republic. For now, there is no charter, constitution, or solid policies. However, once a few people come in then that can change. This federation will follow the general policies of mutual defense and isolationism for now. This is only an option for players on either the Paova Major or Lynx Minor regions of Little Upsilon so act now and request membership. Come and have a little fun and join the Duality Collective.
