To expensive defence cost (Little Upsilon)

My country is in Secured Mode, so I should not be attacked by any. When this is the case, can I and how to I reduce the defence cost?

I have a huge expense to the defence in my country, if tI could cut that away, that would be really nice. or?

Deactivate some of your weapons.

War > Defensive/Offensive Forces > Deactivate Weapons

That will slash the cost of your defence budget.

You will also have more workers available allow you to expand your economy.

well I have deactivated all the weapons that I can. I just dont see the idea in having an army, if you cant be attacked....

If thats the case,
War > Defensive/Offensive Forces > destroy Weapons

or you can sell it on the market and get more for your lost - > Trade - > World Market Trading - > Products in stock sell buy

Then sell your weapons. You get cash and can sell even deactivated weapons.
