A question about how war works... If I have a two country emprire (one leader and one slave), and I want to declare on a 3rd country (say a C3). Once I declare, will I be able to attack from both my countries? For example, can I have some land troops in my slave, and some airforce/cruise missles in my main, and have the land forces from the slave go in to paint the map, while the air and missles take out the defenders?

No.

However, you can transfer arms between your countries in preparation for such a war, to have your entire offensive fighting force in one country.

This function is under the My Empire menu/transfer goods.

Yes.

On Fearless Blue, players can declare and fight a war with both their main and slave(s). Charles III, I've done it in the past. Paint with grounds units from one country and attack with air units or missile batts from another country. Even, use a navy from another country.

Transfering arms between your countries might cause worker shortages and country debt.

I stand corrected, though I do not play on Fearless Blue.

Is using multiple countries to attack on a single declaration allowed on all the worlds, or only on Fearless Blue?

I suppose I forgot that you can declare on the same country with multiple countries in an empire anyway. Declaring with a secured mode country against a C3 will not disable secured mode, but declaring on a player country will. I just made myself look stupid. Doh.

Keith, I almost alwaysmpaint with my main after airdroping some SF in, then take it ouit with another country navy, or vice versa. So you can onLU .

Ah, I'm just not that patient with C3s...intra-empire arms transfers are easier for me :)

Thanks all.

I knew I could transfer the amrs, but as mentioned above, this causes employment issues with a slave that is at 94% employment.

I'm on white giant and little ups and you most certainly can attack from multiple countries. You have to declare war with all the countries you want involved.

I think you can also declare war as a federation.

I think to answer the original question: if you have an empire, you have to declare from all countries which you want involved in the conflict directly.
