I notice C3s now have cash withdrawn from their balance now if it raises too high.
I purchased all the corps in a neighbouring c3 to make it profitable before invasion. The cash graph looks like a zig zag. Everytime money builds up it drops to the same levelsish each time.

I also noticed the decline of C3 wealth. In the past, I conquered C3's with 10 trillion SC$ in them. I haven't found a loaded C3 lately.

Always? I used to find c3s with 4-8 trillion in quite often.

Always.

This is the reason why you can say C3's have around 3T x time ago. Or 10T y time ago. Or w now. Doesn't take a genius to figure that out.

The cash level reference for C3s is what has changed many times. For the last two years, changes occurred with 6 months of difference.

With the current settings players attacking for cash will have to attack real but inactive presidents.

The primary change is a total removal of cash when countries reset. In October and November you could observe countries with 10T and "abandoned by the president". After they became fully c3 most of the cash was still there. Now the cash is gone at the same time the country comes out of secure mode.
