Navy (White Giant)

I bought A bunch of Naval Ships and ammo, how do I turn this into a functioning fleet?

What do you mean already set? I went to click "Organize Fleets" So I can move it to where I needed it but it did not have a fleet...How do I put together into a fleet?

You need either a fleet command or a carrier. Your weapons will show up in them and you can move to where you want

I aplogize, I still do not understand, I have a fleet command, aircraft carrier, and a helicopter carrier (not including other ships and ammo) Nothing has happened, it just says on the order page that I have them in stock, When I go to "organize fleet" It says I have to buy some ( of corse) and says I do not have a fleet ready

if you have an A carrier you need to buy nfp and ammo to go with it.H carrier..navy heli's. you got those?

OKAY NOW WE HAVE A NEW DAMN PROBLOM WITH THE NAVY! I just clicked organize fleets again 3 days after i bought the suplies and it has made 3 fleets automaticly, the weapons are not in the right fleets, and I wanted all the ships in 1 fleet. How do I do this? Basicly I want to put all 3 fleets it has created together.
