C3'S (White Giant)

If a c3 (country controled by computer)wants to declare war on an experienced empire, and hasnt been a member for 21 days...can they still do it some how? If so tell me.

A C3, by definition, cannot be a member. C3s never declare war. A new player can initiate war prior to the 21 days, but they would loose war protection or secured mode (assuming they are declaring on a real player).

Kevin Henry, I do aplogize, I made a mistake, I meant to say beginner. But the problom is when a begginner choosees the option to declare war on a experienced empire, It says you have to wait 21 days...I would Like to undo this.

There dosen't seem to be another way. Beside why would you want to go to war with an experienced player?

You just have to turn off secured mode to attack a player.I think

Yeah, actually now that I think about that, I take back my early comment. I think if you're brand new on a world you have to wait 21 days...period. But it's probably not a good idea to get yourself involved in a war early on anyway.
