We must somehow achieve peace with Psyco Honey. But as usual she doesnt care. So we need to do something about this

A boycott on all planets

I was boycotted once upon a time, when people didn't appreciate my fondness for nuking. Boycotts don't work.

A boycott lasts 60 months, I think. It's only for a few types of supplies. But it takes a year or more just to get the Security Council and presidents to approve it. That's enough advance notice to stockpile adequate supplies.

A boycott won't help. You will need at least 10 players to vote on it, for it to have any effect at all. And if a player has their own services corps, they can direct trade and the boycott won't hurt them.

Security Council resolutions to stop nukes, or enforce peace between countries, have no effect. The Security Council can't actually stop anyone doing anything. All they can do is to pass a resolution saying that they don't think a player should do whatever-it-is. The player is free to ignore them.

Your best option is to start a dialogue with the player in question and find out what it will take for them to stop doing whatever they are doing. Then you have the option to accept their terms, or reject them.

Psycho Honey has been nuked, thethe01 has also been decced along with another from the AF fed. This matter needs to be brought up immediately to avoid a large scale nuclear war that could potentionally affect neighboring neutral countries and millions of innocent civilians.

It appears that Pancake is at least one of the members involved in this new flare up of hostilites. Please bring this matter to the WG SC ASAP to enforce an nuclear ban on countries that are participating in detonating nukes.
