I call all the None Aligned nations to the table before war breaks out. Our aim as a government is to keep the peace. Let us all as diplomats come to the table, and discuss the issues, and see if we can come together with a compromise.

1. I will delete all non Member, Region occupying nations from the site.

2. I will give a public apology to the World

3. I will call off all federations who were going to war.

4. I will limit my threads to the LU forum

5. Sign a Peace Treaty

These are the concessions I offer for peace.

i will not attack the NLUO, and they will no longer spam on the general forum, and limit their threads to the fed and lu forums.

After a short and pleasant discussion, I have proposed the following terms between myself and NLUO:

i would suggest these terms Orbiter, and mind you this is just a thought.....
let the NLUO begin first 1. by abandoning all power to their Isolationist Branch of Government and dismantle their Expansionist counter part.
2. begin the full demilitarization of the NLUO.
3. Abandon all C3 nations and limit themselves to one nation a piece after having reached a minimal war level of 3 of course. then we Shall have a true and lasting sustainable peace! lol

Shave, why the u-turn? You were in the government? Is it my personal fault you did not use the government to your advantage. You never asked for economic assistance. You could have. its simple, what you are suggesting is tyranny, and that is a just cause to fight against. but to tell you the truth.........more then that,this way seems much more fun. nothing personal man, its just a game, and this is the side of which I am choosing to play. it might have been different if everyone on the planet wanted what you want, but they dont. so war is inevitable. and I my friend am bored, I look forward to seeing how this plays out. and hey admit it! this way is better! no peace! may the best side win!

i'm not sure their will be more talks. the NLUO fed has already stated they refuse any outside influence, period. and that means any negotiations...

No Josias, negotiations would indicate talks and any concessions that NLUO participate in will be decided on by the NLUO.

Outside influences will not under any circumstances dictate to a dignified institution in any way what we are to do or what decisions we are to make.

The NLUO is always open to a peaceful resolution to any armed conflict. In fact, I offered Josias an opportunity to such an end in chat in the hours following Steve's declarations, but HE declined that offer. Clearly, he wants conflict as much as anyone else involved in the war. He just didn't expect to be fighting Steve I suppose.

I am unsure why Josias continues to seemingly dictate what NLUO policy or action will be under any circumstance to neutral players when he is not a member nor does he represent the NLUO.

Maybe because as a non member/neutral he doesn't want a foreign power holding any sway over how he plays the game?

The US isn't a member of the Shi'te party or many other parties, but doesn't allow them to carry out their actions unquestioned. In fact the only people who do carry out their actions without any deferrence to the rest of the world are extremist dictatorships, like N. Korea and Al Queda.

The mistake was comparing the real world to a simulation.

As realistic as this game may be, the devs have made it clear the point is not to model it after real life.

also the NLUO is not the USA not Shia in nature. So not sure how that relates either.
