Red Unit getting close?

Hey guys, i have a red military unit getting close to my border ! what that means????
Im in secured mode, im not have war nothing and first time this happened....

It's not a problem E the game just glitched and sent my unit some random place.... My units obviously can't cross your border unless I declare on you or you give me access.... I can't and won't declare on you.... I only have a few units.... I would like to be your friend btw your welcome to join my fed "the union" I'm sure.... If I recall you were a member awhile back... We have lots I members around our location... Good for providing mutual air defense
