The country of A T L A S, formerly led by President GRB, has capitulated to The Grand State of Tiaga. Following a brief two day war, The Grand State of Tiaga managed to occupy the country and oust its government. This following a few threatening messages from the former president of A T L A S who threatened to unleash nuclear hell on my empire unless I ended the war. A T L A S is now known as the Tributary State of A T L A S.
