xtriplx18, to take a C3 that is not adjacent you will need land base cruise batteries and land based cruise missiles, a navy- make sure you invest in some cruise misslile ships and ship based cruise missiles. If the country is within air wing range invest in an air force too. Examine your target country to see what it has, then go study the game documentation regarding weapons to learn the weaknesses and strengths of each weapon so you know how to get the most from them. You should also get to know how to use air landing forces, declare war on a C3 or two and practice your moves, they don't attack back so you need not worry about that. It is expensive to use the weapons afore mentioned. Try to find an adjecent country to attack and then invest in long range divisions. Practice this on a few C3's and learn to tweek the weapons they are comprised of. You don't need to build them using the default settings.
