i was wondering what are the posotive and negative effects of this and if i start a empire how should i go about it by fighting for a country or buying it?
You will be able to afford an army. Scrap any forces you have in your main and invite CEO's into that country. Buy pop and soon you will have a highly profitable country to support your slave - which will have a large armed force. Whatever loss the slave makes can be offset with the profits of your main.
hey, I'm attacking a country with no president and I'm winning. I just don't now how to win the war and add them the country to my empire. I just barely started playing a week ago.
