Up and Coming (Kebir Blue)

I have a few countries whose economy and population are starting to surge and I'm looking for investors to build private corporations. Currently tax rates are at 25% or better. As more corporations get built, tax rates will move down significantly (0%-10%).

I'm working on it.......If I do it too fast I'll create a deficit in the countries.
