Duties and Responsibilities

Equal parts diplomat and advocate, market servant, the Secretary-General is a symbol of HELMS Index ideals and a spokesman for the interests of the market members, in particular the vulnerable among them.

-Only member countries are allowed to vote (Enterprises are restricted to trading only)
-State the following message to your election post " I vote (country name) as the new Secretary General of HELMS Index."
-Only after all the votes are casted and majority of the members voted, the country that's got the most votes is declared the winner.
-Annotation, comments or messages in addition to the election message can only be posted after the ballot message.
