Ok thanks shaun. I added hlw but the engineers will take a little time to grow more. I'd like more corporations right now so I'll try to pick up some workers on the coin market.

I received a message from someone regarding the current tax rate. I have it projected at 0 but it's working it's way down from 20 where I had it to help me get lvl 2. It should be actually 0 within days... by the time I get more workers there!
