MOTHER NATURES SIM ARMY receives 5 Trillion as untied development aid.
The amount will be transferred to the country if the resolution is accepted.

The Resolution was a proposal by Johanas Bilderburg with the following motivation:
He has over 50T in debt. 5T is not a drop in the bucket but its only game money. Not like we have to give him a nickel on a street corner.

The Security Council is currently voting about this proposal. The council will make a decision before 14 Mar 2759

1 council member voted for the proposal and 0 council members voted against it.
You are a member of the Security Council and voted for the proposal.

For the lulz.

A country's assets is indicated in the country's nominal value calculation, accessible by clicking on the dollar amount listed next to the country's name. Therefore you do not need to see a finance page to determine how much debt a person has.

FYI.
