Security Council Aid 2 (Kebir Blue)

This thread is intended to receive and allow the review of aid requests from the presidents of Kebir Blue. I will try to maintain this until my time on the council runs out. I would like to request that other SC members put forth request for aid.

Aid Conditions

Any country requesting aid needs to meet the following conditions:

1) Remove the secrecy for your Financial Index and Strategic Force Index.

2) As per recent game news, your country must have less than $2 trillion net cash.

3) Destroy or sell any strategic weapons. The only exceptions are a strategic base and airport.

4) Dismantle any plutonium mines, weapons grade uranium corps, and strategic weapons corps.

5) You must be a relatively new player. This means your country has been under your control for less than 100 game years.

I will put forth your aid proposal, as your country looks like it will be a good addition to our community. However, please note that I haven't been as successful at getting aid passed on KB as Martock has been on LU. But it's worth a try.

First, you must sell off your three Tactical Weapon Launchers. Second, close your tactical weapon launcher corporation. Third, (and I know this isn't an official rule) but remove the secrecy on your defensive and offensive weapons.

In addition, note the motivation I provided for Modular's aid resolution. Is there anything particular you would like me to say to the players? You will need a good case to get aid on KB.

That's a hard question to answer. With one month left in voting, Modular's proposal is 32-34. So I guess I'd give you about a 45% chance?

However, I would argue, that doing those thing would be to your advantage, as I'm sure you noticed that strategic weapon corps aren't profitable in general.

I'm seeing that, which is why they were deactivated. I'm in the middle of a C3 war, and believe it or not, it has drained my country to a debt of 4T! I cant even purchase offensive weapons I'm so far in debt. But I will meet the requirements, and pray for the best.

The Republic of Cassidino- requires aid. However, do I need to halt my current war to get aid?

Maybe if you reduced your military spending you would not be in such a financial bind?
